I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Forensic Chemistry from Western New England University in 2020 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany SUNY in 2021.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about creating a safe space where you can show up as your full, authentic, unfiltered self. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, person centers care, with a focus on safety, trust, and meeting clients where they are. I prioritize building trust at a pace that feels right for you, especially if opening up has felt difficult in the past.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and senior populations (ages 14-65+) with an interest in marginalized groups such as LGBTQIA+. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, domestic violence, substance use personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia as well as clients struggling with chronic suicidal ideation.
I provide support using evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered, strengths-based care, focusing on the individual needs of each client I meet.
