Kayla Everhart, LCSW

Therapist

I work primarily with teenagers and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, daily stress, grief, and life transitions, and I also have experience supporting children across developmental stages. I provide an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I meet you where you are and support meaningful, lasting growth. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, better understand behaviors, and develop healthier communication and boundaries. I also work with individuals experiencing prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety.

I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can deepen self-understanding, build confidence, and develop practical coping tools.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, my husband, and friends, as well as reading and getting out of the house whenever I can.
