Beth is a Licensed Social Worker who has several years of experience as a school-based therapist, supporting elementary and middle school students and their families, as well as over one year of experience in a day treatment program working with children ages 3–12. She has supported children with a range of challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and depression.

With both professional and personal experience, including being a mother of four and a former foster parent, Beth takes an empathetic, person-centered approach. She is passionate about helping children, young adults, and families build emotional awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Beth utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness techniques. Her areas of interest include working with children through young adults and supporting parents and families in navigating behavioral and emotional challenges.
