The tools that once got us through may stop working, and reaching out for help in those moments can feel daunting. But seeking support isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a powerful act of courage. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, where you’re not just heard but truly seen and understood.

During my psychotherapy internship, I witnessed how healing begins the moment someone feels genuinely listened to. That experience shaped the way I approach therapy today, with patience, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s story. Under the supervision of Ryan Dollinger, LCSW-S, I provide care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and guided by your needs, not a checklist.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2025 after completing a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2023, studies that helped me understand both the mind’s complexity and the human capacity for resilience. I’m also fluent in Spanish, and I value creating a welcoming space for Spanish-speaking individuals and families seeking support in their own language and cultural context.

In our sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you explore new perspectives, build inner strength, and reconnect with what matters most to you. My military experience taught me the importance of empathy, service, and perseverance, values that guide my work and the way I walk beside clients through their challenges. I also offer evening, weekend, and virtual sessions to make therapy more accessible and flexible for your life.

Healing isn’t a straight line. It’s a process filled with moments of reflection, learning, and rediscovery. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, sadness, transitions, or simply trying to find your footing, you don’t have to do it alone.
