Kyle Dinschel, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Therapist

Kyle Dinschel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes life is complicated enough—and that therapy can be a space where people begin drafting their own roadmap. His goal is to help clients live more authentically, compassionately, and in better relationship with themselves, one step at a time.

Kyle’s approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. He draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential therapy to meet clients where they are. Kyle takes a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and client-centered approach while considering the whole person in the healing process.

Kyle has experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. He focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance while helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore core beliefs, and work toward sustainable, meaningful change.
