Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, family stress, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Emma uses a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, integrating CBT, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and person-centered and creative interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys thrift shopping, reading, hiking, creating, and spending time with her cats.
