Sholom Lowenthal is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who supports children, adolescents, and adults in navigating life’s challenges and building meaningful growth. He works with teens, young adults, and men on concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship or life stress. Sholom combines evidence-based approaches like CBT and Motivational Interviewing with creative, experiential techniques to help clients gain insight and develop practical coping skills.
Outside of work, Sholom enjoys time with friends and family, gardening, watching and discussing documentaries, and pursuing ongoing learning and personal growth. He brings the same curiosity, reflection, and creativity to his clinical work that he values in his personal life.
