Molly Clark, MA, LPC

Therapist

Molly works with individuals (ages 14+) and couples who are navigating life’s challenges and looking to create meaningful, lasting change. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, as well as those living with chronic illness, ongoing complex mental health concerns, or family and relationship difficulties.

Molly believes that every person’s story is unique. She takes an authentic, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ individual goals, strengths, and needs. Her style is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, respected, and empowered.

Drawing from person-centered and mindfulness-based practices, Molly integrates tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and grounding and meditation techniques. She helps clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills they can use in everyday life.
