Filiz provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, and learning differences.
Her counseling approach is relational, evidence-based, and integrative, grounded in an understanding that each individual’s story and development are unique. Filiz draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and person-centered, nervous-system-informed interventions to foster emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience.
