Anne has 5+ years of counseling experience with multiple non-profit organizations and practices within Jacksonville, FL prior to joining the Ellie Team. Anne believes that everyone deserves a safe and welcoming environment in which they feel supported to advocate for their individual needs.
Anne applies several theoretical orientations such as, but not limited to, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral informed interventions, and EMDR informed interventions to assist in treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Anne works on identifying each person’s individual interests, self-care practices, and coping skills to help them live their most authentic and healthy lifestyles.
