Rob Marshall, MSW

Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from New York University and his Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University. He works with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

Rob uses an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and elements of inner child work to help clients better understand their experiences and develop effective coping skills. When working with youth, he values family involvement and supports caregivers in understanding their child’s needs.

Rob has experience working with high-risk and complex presentations in IOP, PHP, and residential settings and is committed to creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for healing. He also provides inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys weight training, has over 10 years of experience as a fitness coach, and is a fan of comic books and anime/manga.
