A graduate of the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work, Ms. Phillips has more than 25 years of experience in hospital settings, child-welfare, home-based services, and community treatment programs. Her work is dedicated to ensuring a safe and judgment-free space for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, marital conflict, divorce, care-giving, grief, and chronic mental health disorders.
Ms. Phillips also specializes in couples therapy. She works collaboratively with clients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and solution focused techniques.
A transplant from Queens, New York, Ms. Phillips enjoys the hiking trails and the natural beauty of Connecticut.
