My name is Jonah Manela, and I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have past clinical experience working in a hospital setting, where I provided individual counseling, developed treatment plans, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic care.
My goal is to help clients build and sustain healthy coping skills, enhance resilience and self-esteem, and achieve meaningful personal growth in a supportive therapeutic environment. I find using client-centered and strengths-based therapeutic techniques to be the most effective in helping my clients reach their fullest potential.
Although I embrace tackling all life’s challenges, my niche is working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and mood disorders. I look forward to working with you!
