Ashley Campbell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 6 years. During that time, she has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including residential, in-home, and outpatient.

She has experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational conflict, and difficulty with life transitions. Her therapeutic approach blends strength-based and solution-focused perspectives with empathy and humor, in efforts to create a safe space for processing and change. She also utilizes a collaborative approach, based on her belief that clients are the experts of their story and have the ability to manage their lives after getting “unstuck”.

Her clinical interventions are influenced by training in the following modalities: Structural Family Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Ashley is passionate about meeting clients where they are in their healing journey, and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
