Abigail is a Masters level clinician, earning her B.S. in Psychology from Allegheny College, and her M.S.Ed and M.Phil.Ed in Professional Mental Health Counseling and Services from University of Pennsylvania. She works with her clients from a person-centered approach, meeting them where they are in their struggles to collaboratively construct a plan that helps achieve the goals that best
suit their well-being. She feels it is her duty to support her clients, while also instilling autonomy, confidence, and independence in their decision making. Therapy is a vulnerable process and can at
times feel uncomfortable, but she will always follow her client’s pace and support them through every step of their journey! She has treated various presenting problems and utilized interventions, including but not limited to, depression, ADHD, anxiety, expressive arts therapy, grief/loss, anger management, solution focused, CBT, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing etc. She has experience working with individuals from adolescence through middle adulthood.
