Amy (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with 7 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. Her main treatment focuses include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, boundaries, autism (level one) and interpersonal conflict. We all go through suffering in our lives, but enduring through it should not happen alone. Amy strives to provide a collaborative, strengths-based, culturally sensitive approach to journey through the pain to find healing, comfort, and hope.

Amy received her Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. She is certified in Managing and Adaptive Practice (MAP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Circle of Security Parenting, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).

In her free time, Amy enjoys time with family and friends, attending and serving at church, watching movies and shows, and attending kickboxing classes.
