Lindsay Bragaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Performing Arts from Christopher Newport University, where her passion for using art as a tool for self-expression first began to take shape. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School, deepening her commitment to helping others heal and grow through creative processes and materials.

Currently, Lindsay is a Resident in Counseling and a Provisional Art Therapist (ATR-P), on track to obtain her Registered Art Therapist (ATR) certification this Fall. She works with children, adolescents, and adults to explore personal meaning, foster emotional resilience, and encourage authentic self-expression.

Lindsay integrates a variety of approaches in her work, including art therapy, Jungian and psychodynamic theory, DBT mindfulness activities, and person-centered, acceptance-based techniques. Her goal is to help clients uncover their unique strengths, achieve their personal goals, and embrace their capacity for healing.
