Cydnee is a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. She understands how the weight of past experiences, overwhelming stress, and unhealthy coping mechanisms can impact daily life—and she believes that seeking support is a powerful and courageous first step, one that no one has to take alone.
Cydnee works with clients to help them understand how their life experiences have shaped their current challenges. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy (PCT), allowing her to meet clients where they are and create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. She provides not only insight into the root of emotional struggles but also practical tools to foster meaningful and lasting change. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals facing trauma-related disorders such as dissociative identity disorder (DID) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders like anxiety and depression, and personality disorders, including bipolar disorder.
Cydnee’s goal is to understand each client’s unique story and walk alongside them as they move forward. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, she empowers clients to explore their emotions, gain insight, and build healthier coping strategies—ultimately working toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
Outside the therapy space, Cydnee enjoys reading psychological thrillers, murder mysteries, and fantasy novels. She also loves trying out new recipes and taking long walks with her dog, Bear.
