Alexandra is a compassionate and empathetic mental health counselor with experience across a variety of clinical settings, including in-home services and outpatient care. She is passionate about supporting teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Alexandra has experience in many areas of mental health, including eating disorders.

She uses different modalities and approaches to counseling based on the client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is committed to honoring each client’s unique journey and individual strengths. Alexandra strives to create a safe, inclusive space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and respected. She understands that therapy is a very collaborative process. She considers it a true honor to walk alongside her clients as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
