Carlyn Goodwine is a dedicated therapist working to empower individuals, couples, and families to build stronger connections by creating a supportive environment where they can discover their strengths and find solutions to their unique challenges.

With experience in a wide range of issues, including faith transitions, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, early return missionaries, grief, and navigating relationships break ups.

Carlyn believes that counseling is beneficial for everyone and tailors her approach to each individual’s needs. She strives to make the counseling sessions centered on her clients’ needs and fostering a collaborative partnership for growth.

Carlyn earned her bachelor’s in Psychology from Utah State University and is currently working towards a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. In her free time she loves running half marathons, pickleball and retail therapy.
