Phoebe received her Bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, NY and her MSW from Columbia University, New York, NY. She has worked at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, as well as Cedar Creek Hospital in St. John’s, MI. Phoebe specializes in anxiety, depression, disabilities, and chronic illnesses, such as: Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Migraine management. She is committed to supporting clients navigating medical and injury challenges, life/school transitions, and those working through grief. As a former Division III swimmer, she is passionate about working with student athletes and holds a sports social work certification from the University of Michigan. She is also a member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports (ASWIS). Phoebe’s approach is client centered and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, DBT and ACT, and most importantly – fostering an inclusive space to support emotional resilience, self-compassion, practical coping skills and personal growth.
