Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Jolene Des Roches. Natalie graduated from Wake Forest University with a master’s degree in mental health counseling, and holds a master’s degree in pastoral theology from St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary
Natalie believes in blending evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Her goals are to provide clients with the tools they need to heal and grow. Natalie feels her work is to help clients form and/or heal connections with others and face life’s challenges with understanding, courage, and authenticity.
