I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Many families come to therapy looking for guidance, structure, and support, and I strive to create a welcoming and approachable environment for both kids and caregivers.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, stress, and life transitions. My approach focuses on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen communication, and develop confidence.
I am especially passionate about working with children and collaborating closely with caregivers. I believe consistency across home, school, and therapy can make a meaningful difference, and I work with families to develop practical strategies that support growth outside of session.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. My goal is to help clients and families leave therapy feeling more confident, supported, and equipped to navigate challenges together.
