Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m passionate about walking alongside children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience in the public school system supporting students with disabilities, I bring a hands-on, strengths-based approach that blends empathy, education, and empowerment.
Whether it’s building coping skills, managing anxiety, processing grief, or navigating identity and life transitions, I believe healing happens in safe, collaborative spaces. I take time to really understand your story, integrating tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are.
My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped—so you can move from surviving to thriving. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical—it can be a space for humor, real talk, and genuine growth.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me enjoying quiet time with my family, diving into a good book, or recharging in nature.
Let’s work together to build the life you deserve.
