Anda is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is a passionate counselor who strives to cultivate a therapeutic environment that is warm, accepting, and a safe space. Anda enjoys working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigating behavioral and academic challenges, anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, daily life stressors, and significant life transitions. She believes in taking a multidimensional and integrative approach to accommodate each individual client’s circumstances, utilizing techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Behavioral Rehearsal, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. Outside of counseling, Anda enjoys spending time with her cat, trying out new recipes, and creating new memories with family and friends.
