Sometimes insight is the first step toward lasting change. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and relationship stress.
My approach is reflective and insight-oriented, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques while exploring the mind-body connection.
I also incorporate an integrative mental health perspective, recognizing the role of sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle in emotional well-being.
I earned my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and hold a certificate in Integrative Mental Health.
