Briana Hornsby, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Therapist

Healing begins with being seen and accepted exactly as you are. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who supports individuals working through trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, addiction and recovery, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and the impact of sexual assault.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in harm reduction and identity-affirming care. I focus on meeting each person with respect, autonomy, and compassion, believing that meaningful change happens when clients feel truly heard and understood.

I have extensive experience working with the neurodivergent community, including individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and other cognitive differences.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from Carthage College and my master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago.
