Jessica specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, OCD, and anxiety. Jessica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for OCD. Jessica also employs Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help any client develop coping skills and effectively manage their thoughts and emotions with compassion.
Jessica strives to have a trauma-informed, culturally humble, and client-focused approach with any person that comes into her office. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and has a passion for working with diverse communities. She believes in the importance of creating a secure space by meeting clients where they are and going at their pace. Her best hope for her clients is that they feel comfortable in expressing their authentic selves as they work with her to achieve their own personal goals for their mental health.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, playing DND, going on picnics, and road-tripping to national parks.
