Emily Undajon

Emily Undojon is the Chief Operating Officer at Ellie Mental Health, where she leads operational strategy and franchise support to help expand access to mental health care across communities nationwide. She brings more than a decade of experience in franchise operations, including 11 years with Right at Home, where she served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations and helped drive organizational growth through scalable systems, franchisee support, and data-driven strategy. Emily brings a collaborative, servant-leader mindset to her work and is passionate about empowering franchisees and building systems that help teams deliver exceptional care. She holds an MBA from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
