Jennifer has strong faith and believes in a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy. She helps people heal wounds and restore their peace. Jennifer primarily uses family systems theories, CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and somatic experiencing to improve her clients’ resilience and produce desired change. She gets a little help from animal friends and her dog, Charles Barkley. She is committed to providing evidence-based interventions that promote healing, growth, and resilience. Jennifer relocated from Cleveland in 2016 and is grateful for warmer weather, a marginally better football team, her family, and her fur kids. And she cannot wait for you to fire her after she sees you meet your treatment goals.
