Hi, I’m Michelle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build a life worth living. My mission is to help individuals develop effective coping strategies, set healthy boundaries, and uncover their inner resilience. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-defeating thoughts, grief, communication issues, and substance use. I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) “Think of CBT like being a detective of your own thoughts and actions.” We look at how your thoughts affect how you feel and what you do, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) “This one is like looking at the GPS, not the rearview mirror.” Instead of spending a lot of time on what caused the problem, we focus on what’s working right now and how to do more of it, Trauma-Focused Therapy “This is a safe, guided way of facing and healing from past wounds.” It’s designed for people who have gone through painful or frightening experiences, Motivational Interviewing (MI)“Imagine having a coach who helps you find your own ‘why. This approach helps you explore your own reasons for wanting change and strengthen your motivation, and Problem-Solving Therapy “This is like learning a recipe for tackling challenges.” We work together to clearly define a problem, brainstorm possible solutions, weigh the pros and cons, choose the best option, and try it out.
In my free time, I enjoy participating in physical activities, reading, going to concerts, traveling and watching horror movies.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking healthier coping strategies, I’m committed to walking alongside you as you work toward healing, clarity, and a life aligned with your values.
