Aleena earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of West Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices. She started her career in community mental health, where she gained valuable experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges and supporting their mental and emotional well-being. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients can feel genuinely heard and understood. Aleena’s approach is centered on collaboration, walking alongside clients as they explore their challenges – whether they are managing stress, working through relationship issues, or pursuing personal growth. Together, Aleena and her clients work to uncover solutions that feel right and foster meaningful, lasting change.
A Pensacola native, Aleena has a deep love for nature and animals. At home, she spends time with her dogs, cats, chickens, and a recently adopted tortoise! When indoors, she enjoys reading, streaming tv shows, and trying new restaurants.
