Specializing in systems thinking, I offer expertise helping individuals, couples, families, and groups recover from the multiple systems that inform, influence and impact our lives. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with empathy and cultural sensitivity. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate challenges such as communication issues, infidelity recovery, and parenting conflicts. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to support clients in moving towards to help them feel safe and heal.
