Meet Brittney, a therapist for those ready to come home to themselves. With a Master’s in Psychology, a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, and over nine years of experience, Brittney offers trauma informed therapy rooted in grace, wholeness, and deep healing.
She has had the privilege of working with clients across all ages and stages of life, from young children to older adults, in a variety of settings including community mental health, school based counseling, in home support, residential treatment, and outpatient services including medication assisted treatment. This breadth of experience has shaped her ability to support individuals through many forms of emotional and relational pain.
Brittney blends clinical insight with Christian based principles, using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and a holistic lens to help clients explore and care for every part of themselves. Whether it is the protector, the pleaser, the overachiever, or the part that has gone numb, each part holds a survival story that deserves compassion and understanding.
She guides clients through the process of releasing and processing shame using meditative and imagery based scripts, breathwork, visualization, and somatic practices paired with biblical references and spiritual imagery. Her goal is to help clients experience emotional renewal through both body and spirit, learning to receive grace where guilt once lived and acceptance where judgment once ruled.
Her work invites clients to accept themselves fully, not in spite of their past, but with deep honor for how they have survived. If you are seeking a safe, honest, and spiritually grounded space to heal, where you can move from self judgment to self acceptance and from survival to embodied freedom, Brittney will meet you there. “It is not what is wrong with you, it is what happened to you.” – Dr. Gabor Maté
