I graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a polyglot PLPC, I offer counseling in languages beyond English, including French, Greek, and Turkish. I focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples and families with a variety of presenting problems which may include anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance abuse and addiction, anger management, self-esteem and identity concerns, life transitions and adjustments. I integrate modalities like psychodynamic theory, EMDR, and DBT to empower clients in their healing journey, fostering resilience and growth.
