I am a compassionate trauma-informed mental health counselor providing therapy to individuals aged 21 and up. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in empathy, acceptance, and respect. I feel it’s a sincere privilege to walk side-by-side with you on your healing journey. I provide a safe space for you to navigate life’s challenges and explore the feelings that creep up along with them. My passion is to guide others to achieve their goals while encouraging personal growth and self-empowerment. I graduated from Salem State University with a degree in Psychology and attended Merrimack College where I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a wealth of experience working in crisis management in vulnerable high-risk populations with diminished mental capacity and physical disadvantages. My background also includes working with individuals who live with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, family/relationship dysfunction, substance use, and co-dependency. The theoretical frameworks I draw from are Client-Centered, Strength-based, and Solution-Focused. The various modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy riding my Peloton, being in nature, spending time with friends and family, and laughing as often as possible.
