Sandi Hedrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely human. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University at Montgomery.
Sandi works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and grief, offering a steady and compassionate presence through life’s harder seasons. Her approach to mental health therapy blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing her to tailor care to each client’s unique needs and goals.
As an Ellie Mental Health provider and Alabama therapist, Sandi strives to create a space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to move forward at their own pace. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys painting, planning road trips, and getting lost in a good book—bringing curiosity and creativity into both her work and her life.
