Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. In our work together, we’ll focus on building balance, deepening self-awareness, and strengthening your sense of empowerment. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can comfortably explore challenges and grow at your own pace. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
As a person-centered and trauma-informed Resident in Counseling, I value empathy, collaboration, and honoring your lived experience. I believe in walking alongside you, honoring your autonomy while helping you navigate the impact of trauma and life stressors with compassion and care.
I support clients in developing effective communication skills, improving relationships, and building coping strategies. My areas of focus include grief, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relational difficulties, and self-esteem.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy creative hobbies like scrapbooking, painting, and cooking, which are activities that help me stay grounded and inspired.
