I see clients Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in-person and through telehealth. I see clients on Tuesdays through telehealth only.
I am passionate about creating a judgment-free space where people feel safe and comfortable. I have experience working with children ages 5 and up, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I am passionate about my work with the LGBTQIA+ community, providing queer-affirming and gender affirming therapy.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness. I believe that therapy is a different experience for each person, which leads to different approaches being utilized depending on the individual.
