Hi, my name is Nancy Caudillo Cardenas and I specialize in working with young adults and adults that are navigating life transitions and the emotional challenges that can come with everyday life. I believe that everyone deserves to have to a safe and collaborative space where they can be honest and reflective about who they are and who they want to be.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in an unconditional positive regard for every client and a collaborative effort between client and therapist. We’ll work together to understand your personal experiences, recognize your strengths, and create tools that fit your life. Whether you’re going through a rough patch or just want to understand yourself better, I am here to listen.

My goal is to provide a genuine and accepting place for every client to show up just as they are. From there, we can work together to build insight, confidence, and a better sense of direction towards the life you want.
