Keri Kurtz is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with over five years of experience in behavioral health, including two years as an RBT. She’s trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and other trauma-informed care modalities, and has volunteered on a suicide crisis line.
Her approach is holistic and person-centered, drawing on proven methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy. Her goal is to help you build self-compassion, coping skills, and feel safe as you work toward the life you want. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, self-esteem, and life adjustments, often bringing in expressive arts and mindfulness to support that process. Keri works with clients ages 14 and up, with a focus on adults.
Keri believes deeply in the value of mental health care and the therapeutic relationship. She walks alongside clients with warmth and a non-judgmental approach — offering support and accountability through life’s ups and downs. Outside of the office, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her two cats, watching movies, and going to concerts.
