Kelsey Revelo is a mental health therapist with Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge who provides virtual therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional and mental health challenges.
Kelsey provides virtual therapy to clients in Woodbridge, Prince William County, Northern Virginia, and communities throughout Virginia. She strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients can talk openly about what they are experiencing and feel supported as they work toward their goals.
Kelsey draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, strengths-based approaches, and art-based interventions. She tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, recognize their strengths, and navigate life’s challenges.
Kelsey believes everyone can benefit from having a nonjudgmental person who will listen and support them along the way. She is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-love and self-compassion while becoming the person they want to be.
Kelsey earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from George Mason University.
