I am warm and authentic in my approach and often incorporate creativity into our work together. I believe counseling is a space for deep and meaningful self-reflection, and that it can also be fun! Clients can expect to be supported in working at their own pace, and I may challenge you from time to time.
In my free time I enjoy a variety of activities, including dance, archery, skiing, and hiking. My idea of a perfect evening is reading a good book on the couch with my dog, Cappie.
