Elizabeth Cerrato, LCSW, is a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking therapist with Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge who provides virtual therapy to clients throughout Virginia. With eight years of experience, she works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, stress, and other mental health challenges.
As a virtual therapist, Elizabeth provides telehealth therapy to clients in Woodbridge, Prince William County, Northern Virginia, and communities across Virginia. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish, helping make mental health care more accessible to Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
Elizabeth believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
