I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of symptoms, including anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with an emphasis on meeting each person where they are. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and value building genuine relationships with clients while helping them feel supported, understood, and empowered in the therapy process.
