I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and figure out what you want your life and relationships to look like. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and help each person feel heard. I also enjoy incorporating child-centered play therapy when working with children and families. I am especially interested in sex therapy and sexuality, including sexual concerns, intimacy, sex education, and helping families navigate conversations about sexuality. I provide an affirming, inclusive space across cultures, identities, religions, relationships, and family structures, including LGBTQ+ and polyamorous clients.
