Sara is a graduate of George Mason University with a Master of Social Work degree. She is experienced with teenagers and adults who have high stress, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, acculturation issues, and familial/relationship conflict. She utilizes a person-centered approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solutions-focused, rational emotive behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Sara believes therapy is a journey of self-discovery. She aims to create a supportive, and nonjudgemental space for her clients. Sara wants clients to share their stories, express themselves fully and explore new possibilities. She believes it is a sign of strength to ask for help when life gets difficult.
