Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 4 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health struggles. Jessica has worked in IBHS and community-based mental health outpatient treatment. Jessica specializes in working with women with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and self-esteem issues. Jessica prioritizes a trusting therapeutic relationship by building rapport and establishing a safe space for her clients to discuss their struggles. Clients are the leaders of their healing journey and Jessica empowers her clients by accepting them as they are and helping them see their strength and value as individuals. She utilizes CBT, DBT, and MI strategies to help build resiliency and assist clients with feeling safe in their bodies and minds while processing their trauma and mental health issues. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys going to the gym, traveling to new places, and reading.
