My clinical orientation is informed by anti-racist theory, feminist theory, and queer studies. I operate within a disability-affirming, body-positive, poly/kink-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and anti-racist framework. As a neurodivergent clinician, I prioritize cultivating therapeutic spaces that are not only inclusive but actively accommodating to a broad range of neurotypes and identities.
I work with individuals and families ages 12 and up, with a focus on integrating mental and physical health to support holistic wellbeing. I earned my MSW from the University of Michigan and have received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My clinical work is integrative and tailored to client-specific goals, drawing on evidence-based modalities while maintaining a strong grounding in social justice and systems-aware practice.
