About Braxton Stage
Braxton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned his Master of Education from the University of Florida. He works with adolescents and adults navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, OCD, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and life transitions.
Braxton brings an empathetic, collaborative, and direct approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness, authentic connection, and a deeper understanding of oneself. Rooted in person-centered therapy, his work integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing him to tailor treatment to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Above all, Braxton strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, developing practical tools, and moving toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
